Bonjour, on m\\'a prélevé 2 fois par paypal pour le renouvellement auto à 1 jour d\\'intervalle, comment est-ce possible ?
Possible de se faire rembourser 1 opération ?

This happens if you register for a Mirror subscription twice, with at least one of them being a recurring subscription.

Yes, Mario can sort this out and refund you with a corresponding reduction in the term of your subscription. Presumably you now have more than one year until it expires.

You need to email him the details, including the Gixen id that the subscriptions are applied to, when the payments were made and which one you'd like refunded. He can be contacted directly at the support email address provided on the Contact page.

You can also prevent this from happening again by cancelling one of the recurring subscriptions (assuming that one of the payments you made was NOT a non recurring payment) with your payment provider (in this case Paypal), after first logging into your account with them, on their site.
