Mirror subscription cancelled after duplicate payment refun

On 18th Dec when I logged in I was prompted to pay for my subscription as it would expire after the auction which I?d just added ended. I did this then the next day I was charged my subscription on auto renew which I didn?t think would be a thing given I?d been prompted to pay and don?t remember things from last month never mind a year ago. I emailed about this on 19th as I couldn?t post to the forum and when I didn?t have a reply or refund I went to PayPal for the duplicate refunding. They did this today but now my mirror subscription is cancelled even though you still have the other payment. I sent another email today as I still couldn?t get on the forum but tried a different browser and now I can access it. I?ve emailed proof of payment so please will you reinstate my subscription?

It's a busy time of year for everyone. please have patience, I'm sure Mario will get to it soon, there's only one of him.

Thank you Mario, much appreciated. I only posted on here as well because it says to use this method for issues rather than emailing and I didn?t know if you were getting the emails.

Cupid, it?s not about not having patience, I couldn?t post to the forum which is where we are asked to seek help first rather than email. My email before wasn?t replied to so I didn?t know if they were even reaching Mario and after my last email it occurred to me to try a different browser so I posted here as well because that?s what we?re asked to do and in case my emails weren?t going through.
