hello so i caughted my little brother buying that sniping at my credit card so can i get refund and cancel that membership if its possible pls help me

Requests for refunds should be sent, via email, direct to Mario at the support address provided on the Contact page.

Always include the Gixen id that the payment relates to and, if possible, some details as to when and how (Paypal or Stripe ?) the original payment was made.
