I failed to win this item: ebay number 166977076521
and the reason provided was \"INVALID AUTHORIZATION\" . I had renewed, several days before expiry for an additional two years. A resolution is requested so that my bid will succeed in future. By the way, love the Gixen platform and would like to get past this glitch. Thank you. |

It's very common here to confuse your authorisation (which you don't pay for) with your subscription (which you do pay for).
Please read this blog, which explains what you need to do in the second section of the Settings page in order to resolve this.
