Paypal just processed a Gixen automatic renewal for me, charging $6.53. It seemed soon to me so I went to Paypal and searched for recent payments to Gixen.

In June 2023, I also paid $6.53 (also auto renewal)
In November 2023, I paid $6.00 -- this was what I thought was my original renewal month and what I have been paying since I joined.

The Auto-Renewal has been double billing!!!

Are all these payments also shown on the Settings page? Or are some missing ?

The system works as a push from your Paypal account, not as a pull from Gixen.

So, the only way that this can happen is if you subscribe to a recurring payment more than once.

These payments are under your control from within your Paypal account.

Assuming that you only have one Gixen account (or that is, at least, your intention) and don't wish to use more than one please send the details direct to Mario via email at the support address provided on the Contact page, together with all your Gixen ids, also specifying which one you intend to use going forward, and what your ideal outcome from this situation would be.

We'll need to wait for Mario to get through those emails then, he has, I think, been busy lately, so sorry for the delay.

I don't have access to those emails, I'm not an employee.

Mario has exclusive access to the vast majority of Gixen functions.

I never got an email from you, but found you based on your username. You made a duplicate subscription in 2022. I issued a refund for the most recent payment (paypal allows refunds for payments up to 6 months old), canceled the extra auto-renewing payment, and put the remaining payment plan on pause until you use what you already paid for.

I hope this is satisfactory - if not, please email me.
