I have already provided this information but no help or reply received and still can't snipe. Help please.

Have you tried updating the Authorization that you give Gixen to access your Ebay account, in the second section of the Settings page ?

What happens when you copy and paste the auction numbers into Gixen, enter the snipe amount and press the 'Add' button ?
