Most likely it's your email provider that are blocking the emails.
In order to try to alleviate that please send an email from your registered Gixen email address to Mario direct at the support address provided on the Contact page. That's sometimes enough to trigger providers to recognise that you DO want emails from this source directed to your Inbox, however you could also try adding that address to your contacts list.
Mario can also respond to you via a different email server, that can help to unblock these things too. _________________ Mark |
