Can not get into gixen.com after change in ebay password

The password was changed at ebay and I can view my history however in gixen.com I can not get into with the same password, how to fix? I am a paid subscriber, hope to here back asap need to do some Bids.

Changing your password on Ebay has no effect whatsoever on your password on Gixen, these are two completely different things and it is certainly advisable (but not enforceable, since Gixen has no access to your Ebay password) that you do not set them to the same thing, for your own security.

What you do need to do, after resetting your Ebay password, is to renew the authorisation that you give Gixen to bid on your behalf as detailed in this blog:

If you've tried using:

https://www.gixen.com/forgotpassword.php

and checked your spam folders, and you still don't find an email then please email Mario direct at the support address given on the Contact page.

Please include your Gixen id and a short explanation of the issue and he'll get back to you with a solution.

Yes, please email me. Gixen always emails these emails, but sometimes they are filtered out by users' mail providers. I will provide you with a reset link if you email me.
