I have an item that is listed in Gixen Main, but not in the mirror. I have a pay-per-use balance. However, the settings page says "Your Gixen mirror subscription is good until Sat, Jun 8, 2019."

My understanding was that the balance should work on the mirror no matter how long I waited.

Do you have this snipe assigned to a Group ?

Those are not Mirrored.

So I just had the same thing happen to me, and it looks like more than a display issue.

Last night, I bought pay-per-use mirror balance for $6. It immediately reflected in my account.

However, a message was displayed "your mirror subscription is active until Oct 8 2021".

At first all my snipes (there were 3 set) showed up both on the mirror and the main. I decided to change the mirror offset, and suddenly none of the snipes showed on the mirror. I thought it was a glitch, tried adding them again, but they didn't appear on the mirror still.

At that point it was past midnight, and the message changed to "your mirror subscription expired on Oct 8 2021". I think it may be related.

Thinking it may have just been a display issue like in the aforementioned thread, I let it pass. During the night, two of my snipes ended, and I won. However, from the emails, it seems they fired just from the main server? (mirror status is not mentioned)

Today, in the settings, I do see that the balance was updated to $5.6 (two won auctions for $0.2 each). So, balance was deducted, but mirror server hasn't fired? This doesn't look right.

Gixen is such a great tool, that I'm happy to give the $6 just as a donation. However, if this problem really exists and affects some users, it probably should be investigated...

... and can you confirm that neither of these snipes were part of a Group ?

I guess you are able to add as many snipes as you like, so the subscription is at least partially enabled ?

I think it's something Mario needs to take a closer look at, would you mind dropping him an email at the support address given on the Contact page and directing him to this thread ?

There was a bug in the new UI regarding pay-per-use subscriptions. Please try again now, it should be fixed now. My apology for the issue.

OK, after removing and adding an existing snipe I can confirm that it appears 'scheduled' both on main and on mirror server. So it looks good. I'll update in a few days when that auction will finish.
