Last sunday I lost a much desired item only because Gixen did not place my bid on the basis that I was \"not eligible\". Note that
- I had specified a much higher bid than the winning one;
- The seller did not specify any particular requirement;
- I have an immaculate 100% positive feedback on 700+ transactions.
Gixen served me well so many times; an occasional problem may happen. But what is worse is, I asked Gixen for an explaination but I got no explainations, no apologies, not a single word.
Just an item I had looked for for years and that is now lost for no apparent reason.

Have you ever purchased anything from seller Razio_20/razio20 before ?

I see they've had that account since 2021 and are selling from Spain.

They currently have another six auctions the cheapest being 358855241883.

Can you start the process of bidding on one of them... just push the 'Submit Bid' button on the listing from the site that you have specified as your target on Gixen, and see what happens. Usually, these days, any block becomes evident at that stage, before you even have to type in a bid amount. So the most telling result is if we can get to the point of being able to do that at all.

I followed your suggestion and got a message in Spanish along the line of \"It seems that the items of this seller are not available for purchase. Buy something similar from another vendor\".
Never seen anything alike before.
Yet his items get sold, one way or another. Probably the seller specified international shipping in the description not on the actual listing.
Thank you very, very much. So, in the end, it was not Gixen's fault.
