| Hi, I have a message saying to relink account / reauthorize. Same problem last couple of days, trying multiple times each day. I clicked on the Gixen link to reauthorize, signed in to eBay, but the third-party authorization dialogue does not appear. So, I unlinked my account to start from scratch and that didn't work either. Please help! Thanks ... |

It can be a bit 'flaky', at times, particularly the Ebay bit of it.
My advice is be persistent, if it isn't working one day it usually is by the next time I try.
Some users have reported success by using different browsers or even different computers. _________________ Mark |

I was using Gixen the thtee days ago without an issue then had a system crash so having to us a laptop.
Three days I have been trying to gain access without success.
No matter what I do I cannot find the Settings Tab....IT IS NOT THERE
Any help would be appreciated please?

Forgot password so clicked the link.
Entered my username and first name.
On the next page entered my new password BUT not code sent.
Completed this process at least 5 times.....no code sent |

Assuming that you've already checked your spam folder, I'd recommend sending an email to the support address given on the Contact page because sometimes that is enough to indicate to your email provider that you do want to receive emails from that address. It might also help to add that email address to your address book. _________________ Mark |
