I?m very upset. I would have won this item if I had just done it manually. I set up my snipe and it said it was scheduled, only to say when it ended that: BID UNDER ASKING PRICE: EBAY BID INCREMENT RULE NOT MET
And when I click the item number it takes me to a non bid item, even though on my account it shows the correct item. What went wrong? Guess I can?t trust this app?

Increasingly often Ebay redirects you to a 'similar' item, rather than the one the Gixen link points to. That's both an Ebay and Gixen issue.
You can still access the bidding records on your item though:
https://www.ebay.com/bfl/viewbids/168021325641
So, from this we see it sold for $660.00 from a bid that was placed about 10 hours before the auction ended.
The bid increment in that price range is $10.00:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/bidding/automatic-bidding?id=4014
So was your snipe amount more than $670.00 ? _________________ Mark |

| I understand. It was my fault then for not checking that. Thanks for the clarification |
