Password says incorrect - ebay watch list not working

Hi,

Not sure if anyone else is having issues. My ebay watch list does not update. When I first click on my homescreen icon, it says password incorrect. However when i login, it goes through but then Purge, refresh etc...do not work.

Can anyone help with this,

I'd recommend renewing the authorisation that you give Gixen to access you Ebay account, in the second section of the Settings page.

Please let us know if that doesn't sort this out.

Is this a Gixen account with or without an active Mirror subscription ?

Do you have any anti virus software that might be removing your cookies ?

I'm not entirely sure what you are saying is going wrong.

Are we definitely talking about the web interface that you get when you log in here, or are you talking about the Gixen Desktop Manager software that runs independently in Windows ?

Am I right in saying that once you've logged in you can import your watch list ?

What exactly do you mean by 'Purge, refresh etc...do not work.' ... does anything at all happen when you select those options ?

Are there any error messages, besides the one you get before you log in ?

Hi,

I have this on my phone android S21. It seems to be working, it will snipe but import watchlist does not seem to update the listings that have been deleted on the ebay side.

I have the login as a home screen app, when I load it I have the password error 33 but I can login via the my snipes button. Successfully.

So yes id say this was the web interface, and when you press purge completed that works but import watchlist wont update deleted listings. It seems to have a complete list of watched items though.

So i can work this, but full fucntionality is not available, im not sure if this is related to the error 33 password not recognized error before you login.

Oh, I see, Andrew,

You're on a smart phone. There are so many different interfaces that people use, it's sometimes hard to keep up or discern.

Are you using it via the App on via the web browser, and if so which web browser do you use ?

Please note that the import feature only ever adds snipes, it doesn't remove any that you have since removed from your watch list on Ebay.
