I have items in my watchlist which are not Buy It now, just ordinary auctions, and they are not importing. I've looked at both laptop and mobile versions, and neither is working.
Laptop tells me there is nothing to import.
Mobile gives me just a blank screen. |

First thing to do/check is your authorisation in the second section of the Settings page.
If Gixen doesn't have authorisation to access your Ebay account it can't access your watchlist at all.
Ebay revoke that authorisation either every 18 months or whenever you change your credentials with them (password or userid/name).
It costs you nothing but a few seconds of your time to renew it, so always worth a try when you experience issues like this.

I've checked my Ebay account and Gixen still has authorisation as a third-party app.
Is that what you meant? |

| If I click on the Settings in Gixen, it takes me to a log in page, and then just back to my empty watchlist. It is not taking me to a page where I could change my password, or authorise access. [/img] |

Not exactly, because it's possible for Ebay to still have it listed on their site even when it's not working here.
Getting to the Gixen Settings page is pictured here.
So, I'd recommend renewing it via the second section of the Settings page anyway... can't do any harm, even if that's not the issue here.
I'd do that and check you still can't import your watch list before reporting it direct to Mario via email (always including you Gixen id) at the support address given on the Contact page.

In that case I'd recommend removing the Gixen/Ebay cookies before trying that again, as mentioned in this recent thread and previously recommended here.

I'm having the same problem as others. When I try and import the watchlist I get a message saying \"no active auction found in the even though I've added some. It was working a few days ago. I have reauthorised given in eBay and closed and reopened the app but no change.
This is an example of an item that won't load

I initially thought I'd reproduced your issue, however I forgot that for the last few months I've had my snipes placed on a different account from the one where I watch them. (As an aside that's as a result of Lists not being supported on newer Ebay accounts). However once I added it to the watch list of the account that actually receives the snipe bids it did import.
Do you have a lot of items in your watch list ?, Is it possible for you to test this when it's the only one ?... Perhaps there is some interaction from other items that you have stored in your watch list ?
I can also add it manually, so hopefully it's not completely blocked from being sniped by you from here.
