Hi,

I've renewed my subscription but It's not applied to my account.

I received the subscription confirmation on my paypal email (different from my gixen mail)

I tried to do a password reminder with my paypal address but I didn't receive anything.

Can you help me to activate the subscription on my account?

Is the Gixen account referenced in the Paypal payment exactly the same as the account that you are logging in to here ?

I'm sorry for my late reply, I've had some health problems and haven't used my account for a while.

I can't remember if I specified an account in the payment but as I said the email is not the same. The paypal transaction number is 1JF35739U3086282L, can you check?

It's been said before that Paypal transactions don't have the same reference number for the sender as the receiver, which would make it impossible for Mario to find your transaction from your reference.

It would be better to let him know, via email, exactly when the payment was made and what the Gixen id is that is referred to in that payment. He can be contacted directly at the support address given on the Contact page.

Transaction ids are not the same for buyer and seller, however paypal allows you to search by the other party's transaction id if you are involved in it, so it's actually useful.

The settings button is visible on top of snipes table after you log in. See this blog article, it's written for something else, but the first screenshot shows the settings button.

Just paid for subscription --- is there a lag for my account to be linked to it? Would like to put some snipes for tonight in, but have hit a limit and it doesn't show me as having subscribed yet.

There shouldn't be, the lag should be no longer than a minute, until paypal notifies Gixen.
