In my snipe page, following message appear and unfortunately my snipe was failed. Snipe status is INVALID AUTHORIZATION.
I bought annual mirror membership (non-recurring, one-time payment, annual subscription is $8.20), but the message still remain.

The authorisation for Gixen to be able to place bids for you on Ebay is not the same thing as your subscription, please see:

I cannot proceed authorisation on ebay. I don't want use Gixen anymore. Is there any snipe service on ebay? I want to pay for other service.

When you say "I cannot proceed" - why not? What do you see, any error message?

I input my password and user id for authorization in ebay, but ebay says "Looks like this page is missing. If you still need help, visit our help pages." Does anyone know this error?

This sounds like something that Mario would need to take a closer look at.

Please email him direct at the support address provided on the Contact page. Include a short description of the issue (as you have done here) and let him know which Gixen id you are using.
