I tried to link/re-authorize Gixen on my eBay account.

On the transitioned ebay screen, enter my ebay password and the following screen will appear.
"Thank you"
"If we ever need you to let us know it's really you, we'll use the information you confirmed to do it."
"Continue"



Pressing the Continue button will take me to a site that says "ebay.com/n/error."
However, it seems that I can log in to my ebay account, and I can see my Watch list, Purchase history, etc.


No matter how many times I try, the same thing is repeated, and the relink between Gixen and ebay never succeeds.
Please help me.

Same issue buddy. Had it for over a month and can’t find a way to get in

OK, so now we have three current threads reporting the same issue, this one, this one and this one.

So, please can one of you now contact Mario direct via email at the support address given on the Contact page. It needs to be one of you and he'll need your Gixen id so that he can try to track down exactly what is happening in your exact situation, he may also need to know what your Ebay id is if it turns out to be an issue that only Ebay themselves can resolve as he'll need an example to give to them that demonstrates the issue.
