I am aware of the issue, working on resolving this.

Only mirror server is affected, bids are still executing from the main server.

Gixen is very slow. I have multiples of same eBay item on my Scheduled Bids & can't delete them. It's like I'm bidding against myself!

Is there any estimate of how long the interface will be inaccessible?

I won an auction by entering the bid manually because Gixen seemed to be so slow and I was not sure the main mirror was totally fine either.
Two bids were in the last few seconds too, but I don't know if these people used Gixen and it worked for them or if they were in front of the computer like me.

You should be able to use the service now.

I am still working on repairing the mirror functionality, so snipes may execute only from the main server in the next 2-3 hours, but you should be able to add, modify and delete your snipes.

My sincere apology it took this long to notice the problem. The mirror server suffered a major failure, but in such a way that my monitoring did not pick it up (faulty memory).

I can add new items using the 'Add' button of the web interface.

What error message(s) are you getting ?

I can add that item without any issues using the Add button.

Make sure you are not including any currency symbols in the bid amount box.
