Refunds can be arranged by contacting Mario direct via email at the support address given on the Contact tab above. Please include as many details as you can, including at least the Gixen id for which you want a refund and, if you can find them, details of when the corresponding payment was made.
You can also transfer Mirror subscriptions between Gixen accounts using the Mirror Transfer Form which is accessed from the Settings page, after you have logged in here via the web interface. _________________ Mark |
