You need to renew the authorisation for Gixen to place bids on Ebay.
Once logged in here via this web interface you then need to push the Settings button and the section you need to do this is the second on the page that then comes up.
It costs you nothing, takes just a couple of minutes but must be done at least every 18 months as Ebay expires the authorisation after that.
