|

I have two gixen accounts linked with two eBay accounts, I access them in two different web browser. That has worked for years. After I relinked them according to the requests over a week ago. Weird things happened, sometimes items won in one account appeared in the history list of the other eBay account. This thing happened again today, as I just checked, the two gixen accounts are still linking to the correct eBay account respectively... So why??? |

Is this a problem only with the History records and not with the bidding ? _________________ Mark |

No, it was won by a wrong account. Each of the two ebay accounts of mine has a default address for a different country. As I checked yesterday, I did add the item in the correct gixen account (arian). But when it ended, it appeared in the history list of the other ebay account which linked to the other gixen account (zzzzilver).

If it were me, I'd renew the authorisations on both accounts via the Settings page of the Gixen accounts.
Then, in order to ensure they are using the correct authorisation, I'd also reschedule all existing snipes as well. _________________ Mark |

The only explanation is that you linked accounts wrong... Gixen now forces login to eBay when linking accounts to make mistakes such as this one less likely.
I recommend that you unlink your eBay accounts and link them again. |
