Can’t upgrade?

Hi,
I’m new to Glixen and believe that you should make a contribution, wherever possible, to the team that develop these sites.

However I’m having no success in trying to upgrade my account. I just get an error message saying that I’ve timed out.

Any suggestions, advice or help welcomed.

Oh dear,

Have you managed to get through the process of registering a standard, free, account, so that you can enter snipes, and the bids are placed on Ebay at the end of the auction ?

Upgrading to a Gixen Mirror account is quite a complicated process with a number of steps involving the Paypal payment website as well as this one.

Can you provide a bit more detail about exactly when you get this timeout, how far do you manage to get into the process, what is the last button you press and what exactly is the error message that you are getting ?
