What about a feature similar to auctionsniper's bulk sniping.
Where you can add several snipes at once,
by entering item number followed by amount separated by comma.
I certainly would find it useful.

Thanks,
Ray.

I can make this although I have something better.

I have a script the will search eBay for an item using an eBay Search Term or a Webpage and snipe all the items on eBay.

It will calculate the postage and minus that from your bid.

This is one of my text searches
SEARCH|Delonghi Pumped Espresso Coffee Maker EC710|61
Search ---> Search Text --------------------------------------> Bid Including Postage

Webpage search
WEBPAGE|search.ebay.co.uk/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&from=R10&satitle=%28D+Link%2CDLink%29%2B%28DSM+320%2CDSM320%29&sacat=-1%26catref%3DC6&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D3&sadis=200&fpos=Postcode&sabfmts=1&saobfmts=insif&ga10244=10425&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&fsop=1&fsoo=1|46

Great for adding lots of items to gixen

Autosnipe,

The problem is that not every auction has the same content with the same title.
For example, if I have "Powerbook G4 1GHz" for search then some sellers might have broken or incomplete machines for sale and my bid will be significantly lower in this case.
The other sellers might have it used or brand new, having some extras included which will change my bid also.

The WEBPAGE feature will snipe only items meeting the condition of the eBay Search.

Advanced Search
search.ebay.co.uk/ws/search/AdvSearch?sofindtype=13&_trksid=m37

You can select the Item condition to new and paypal, if the item broken / faulty it will be very easy to get a refund though paypal

Don't be so sure about easy getting a refund. If seller stated "broken" in the description then how do you play now? Guilty or not guilty? Wink

You can add words to the the exclude section using ebay text or syntax
Exclude words from your search#faulty
Exclude words from your search#(faulty,broken,used,untested)

It is designed for keen ebayers that watch there snipe list regularly!

The auctions will be outputted into a GUI for one click sniping.. Very Happy
or
The auctions will be Autosniped will hunt down the first cheapest one .. Very Happy

You'd need to think of a concise list of exclude words,
and even then you could end up buying something you don't want.
Like someone selling info on how to get the product for 'cheap'..

manual
box
broken
faulty
spares
repair
info
information
dead
.. the list goes on...

So anyone know is there any easy way to batch submit a snipe on 20 items, without having to do each of them individually ?

An example search

Advanced Search
search.ebay.co.uk/ws/search/AdvSearch?sofindtype=13&_trksid=m37

Try this very broad search and find a broken item
motherboard +(NEW,DOA,MONEY BACK,WARRANTY,WARRENTY) -(manual,box,broken,faulty,spares,repair,info,information,dead,used,untested,no returns,refurbished,as new)
click 'Search Title and Description' and 'Condition' set to NEW

For a used search I would use
WinTV PVR USB -(broken,faulty,spares,repair,info,information,dead,untested,no returns,refurbished)

Find the Bargin before '13-Oct-07 10:45:00 BST' Razz

Using the correct syntax is key for getting the best results.

These items are easy to find on the gixen snipe list as they are a lot cheaper and usually have 5-10 days to find them
You are alerted if you are going to snipe a 1-3day auction.

The GUI will have the ability to select the auctions you want to snipe 'batch sniping' from the search results or category tree view with full filtering support

I would not trust an EXE program with my eBay ID and Password! No offense, but no one knows who you really are or what the code might do.

That autoit is a nice thing..
Too bad they don't have it for Mac and Linux. No multi-threading support also. It's still good for little personal stuff anyway.
