Thank you for letting me know.
There were some changes recently that affected only ebay motors. I think I solved the problem, please try again now. |

Worked perfectly. Thanks. This program has been amazing. Wish I had discovered it along time ago.

Having same problem with this item 220137034290. Was originally set to snipe then I tried to edit it and it won't let me add it. Is there a way to do more of a transaction based approach to the edit? Perhaps not even truly transaction based by whatever database, but rather have the edit add a second entry and have the system go through and remove any entrys with a time stamp older than the most recent for the same auction for the same user. |

Please try again - the item is OK, but loading ebay item page must have failed at that particular moment. Always try again if add fails.
I'll consider changing this edit procedure, I know it's not good, but it was the easiest to implement when users asked for it. |

Found the problem - apparently ebay has an alternate page view for ebay motors... It's in all in bluish colors, and it has different structure. Will be fixing this shortly and post an update here when I'm done. |

No, I have to fix it to work regardless of what ebay spits out. I haven't done that yet, so it must be that this time ebay presented the original format of the page that gixen understands. |

I think I fixed it now even for this alternate format. I can't test it though, as I can't replicate the ebay motors page in such a format. So please let me know if you experience this problem again. |

Looks to me like 'Buy it Now' is the only buying option on that auction so it can't be sniped _________________ Mark |

Well, that was pretty stupid of me, wasn't it? I didn't even notice the Buy It Now. Thanks for clearing up the mystery. |

No, I think its something any one of us could have missed, don't worry about it... and its good to highlight to other users that this message can appear in those circumstances.
Anyway I hope that if the price was below what you were willing to pay that you managed to snap it up... I haven't checked.
Perhaps the error message could be enhanced, in these circumstances, so that others are not cought out in future.
Happy sniping,
