Hi, I'd like to see an option to auto-post a courtesy bid, an hour or two before the auction ends. Thanks |

What exactly do you mean by "courtesy" bid? |

Some snipers for some weird reasons (beginners?) want to make a "courtesy" bid to show their interest in the listing to other bidders.
I personally think that makes no sense and also defeats one of the reasons of sniping -- hide your interest until last seconds. |

The only reasons l need to place bids before Gixen would normally do so are to remove Buy It Now options and to deliberately inflate prices on the auction if I don't really want it but don't want the item to sell for less than my maximum bid.
In both cases I am happy making manual bids and don't need Gixen to do it for me. _________________ Mark |
