Is your offset larger for the Mirror bid than for the Main one ?

If it is, this is exactly what should be expected to happen.

The Mirror bid gets to Ebay first and any later bid of the same amount is rejected by Ebay as it won't accept a later bid of the same amount from the same Ebay id, it would need to be a higher amount hence the status for that server being 'BID UNDER ASKING PRICE'.

In this scenario you have configured Gixen so that the Main is working as the backup to the Mirror, so only when the Mirror bid fails will the Main bid get accepted by Ebay. This doesn't happen very often since both Gixen servers are very reliable independently of each other.

I'm getting a lot of email messages saying I didn't win because I Bid Under Asking Price but the Mirror won it.

Do you know what the problem is? It seems like I have lost the whole point of the Mirror service if the Main never wins anything...

Example:-

Item: 254651284956
Title: Talk Talk Router 5364 & Talk Talk Powerline Adapter
Status (main): BID UNDER ASKING PRICE
Status (mirror): HIGH BIDDER
Your maximum bid: 11.29
Current price: 5.00
