I set a gixen bid of ÂGBP 350.67 , 10 + minutes before the end of the auction of this item. After auction gixen sates I 'won' under status but on ebay a lower bid of ÂGBP 345.00 is stated as the winning bid. Please advise what went wrong. I have not received an email from eBay stating 'sorry your bid did not win' or 'congratulations you have won'. I did get ebay email reminders on the run up to the auction that I had previously looked at the item and reminding me to place a bid if I wanted to. |

I looked at the data, and something does look off. At which point exactly did you renew your eBay authorization? Is it possible that your Gixen account was previously linked to a different eBay account? |

| This is such an unusual description of a scenario that can I ask you to make sure that you are logged into Ebay with the same id as you have set Gixen up to bid on ?
If it's still your belief that you have not won, please can you share how may feedbacks you have on your Ebay account and what the amount was of your snipe bid ? |

I received an email from Gixen that I had won the item. I checked the status on Gixen and the status WON. I checked eBay and the item sold to someone else under my maximum bid price. Item 164260724672 Thanks, Kevin |
