Hello, there...
I have encountered the same issue. Iâve requested several password resets but still no response from the system. Thinking perhaps i wrote out the username incorrectly, upon requesting for the username, not only is there an immediate email response, but it is also to my correct and same username which Iâve been making the password requests for.
Iâve sent two emails, in reply to the username email response to support(a)gixen.com, but havenât heard back.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

That is odd.
It's probably best if you email Mario direct at the support address given on the Contact tab above and he should be able to email you a link directly, please include your Gixen id. |

Hi, update my computer and I forgot my Gixen password, I keep asking for a password reset email since early yesterday but I have not gotten a respond, however when a requested the Login name I got it in less than 5 minutes, can you help? |
