As you acknowledge this is an issue that only Ebay can sort out, so I agree that getting as many users that are affected to report it directly to Ebay is the way forward.

Ebay couldn't help twice recently-maybe you can intefervene? Can't message seller on buy it nows on ebay Uk without shipping to USA. If I contact through another listing with USA shipping getting agreement to revise listing to include USA shipping, the revision shows for them not me. If they create new listing, the result is still the same-even if revised to include an offer option-blocked saying seller won't ship to USA. They want to sell to me in USA, I want to buy, and no one has succeeded in enabling purchase through revision and relisting.
