| Mirror subscription is not a requirement for the bid to work. Extending your eBay authorization (which is free to do) is.
The warning to renew eBay authorization should have been displayed even before you scheduled your snipe. Did you not see it? Also, when exactly did you renew your eBay authorization? After auction already ended, or close to auction end? |

| OMG, what in the world?
I used Gixen to snipe an aution on ebay today. Item number: 254578971204 Then 30 minutes before the auction just ended I got an email from Gixen saying I need to renew my mirror whatever. I pay the $8 to do that through PayPal and then I go back to my Gixen page. It says I need to reauthorize my ebay connection for another 18 months. I do that and then I go to the auction, waiting to see if Gixen has to kick in for me to help me win the auction. I could have bumped up my bid myself but I left it to Gixen. UGH. And then I watched as the bids ended and Gixen did nothing. Nothing. What in the world happened? I am so mad. Thanks |
