| yes, I checked and even copy and pasted my username. It didn't work.

| OK, so that at least proves the system is able to send out emails to you.
Did you cut and paste your username from that email to the form for resetting your password ? If not I'd try that, just in case you retyped it slightly wrong. As I'm sure you appreciate, Mario gets a lot of emails a day, I'm sure he'll get to yours soon. |

| I actually did that to get my username. Gixen sent an email telling me my username.
I also checked my spam folder. Nothing. I also sent a support email to Gixen with no response either. Pretty much stuck at this point. |

| I think my next step would be to check that Gixen still has my correct email registered against that account using this form.
