| No you don't need to change your Gixen password to match, in fact it is advisable not to have the same credentials for Gixen and Ebay.
Were these snipes scheduled before you updated your authorisation, if so that will likely be the problem as they will have still used the old now invalid authorisation. When you update your authorisation you also need to re-schedule any existing snipes. |

| I changed my eBay password. I reauthorize via the gixen settings. Bids are failing with an Invalid Authorization error. It's my understanding that I do not need to update the actual Gixen password itself as that password is different from my eBay password, but wanted to check. If I need to update my Gixen website password to match my eBay password, I do not see where to actually change that password. Please advise. | |
