My ebay seller account, not registered with Gixen, bid against my buying account. Because of this I ended up paying over $10.00 for the auction. Not a good glitch to have. Please take care of it. Thank you. |

| I have 2 ebay accounts - one used for buying which I use gixen - the other used for selling which is not registered - both accounts are bidding against each other and increasing amount I have to pay when winning ebay auctions - please help - thanks | |

| hi alan here - double bids still happening - just placed 2 bids on 392654373177 - this is causing me to pay a lot more tahn I should - will hav eto vcancel all my gixen bids until you can advise that this will not occur again - please let me know - thanks | |

This won't happen again - Gixen is no longer sending your bid using two different eBay authorizations. |

| I left a snipe on 2 ebay items - 362891547322 and also 274221902833 and bids were placed from both of my ebay accounts as I have 2 accounts causing higher final price to pay - never happened before - as I use gixen extensively I
would ask for advice to prevent happening again - thanks |
