| Hi -
Signed up today, after my first sign-in I decided to change my password. I found the link to the sign up page where I am offered the "forgot my password" option to reset my password. I've tried several times, checked my gmail spam filter, whitelisted in gmail, and still have not yet received the password reset email. If I click on the "Forgot your Gixen username?" link and enter my address, I get an email immediately, so I'm thinking that it is possibly not an issue of Gmail filtering it. |
