Only with Delphi, not with C++ Builder. I think C++ Builder will support 64-bit android apps in the next release, whenever that comes.

I expect it will happen in the next few months. The app was made using a proprietary tool (Embarcadero C++ Builder) that's out of date with Google Play store requirements. I am waiting for them to release a new version, at which time a simple re-compile should resolve the issue.

I love the Android app but when I updated to my new note10+ (Android 9 pie)
I get a message that it is designed for a previous version of Android. It stalls often at the splash page. Couldn't find a tech note in the forum and the Google store reviews are going down as it appears I'm not alone. Any idea when it will be updated- and ideally worked for Android 10 which is imminent on many devices? It still works after resetting and closing all apps but not as reliably as before.
