Well, I just won a tool auction for about 20% less than the buy-it-now prices.

I don't use Gixen a LOT but I have never lost an item, except one time when someone bid more than I was willing to spend. And that is how it is supposed to work.

I watched those last minute bids pop up and then I won at the last second, below my max bid, with just one bid.
