| The details of the message contain: "To make sure buyers don't bid on or buy more than they are comfortable with, we occasionally place limits on buying activity. In some cases, limits are placed because there are too many unpaid items or cancellation requests on a buyer's account".
Take a look at your purchased and unpaid items, if any, and if that's not a problem give eBay a call. |

I recommend you contact eBay Customer support and ask them. If you wish, you may contact Mario directly at his Gixen support address, he can look up in his logs what eBay's message was. Use the directions found on the Contact page. |
