| Did you look at the bid history?
There was a bid placed one second before the auction close for $465.00. But the previous bidder place a bid six seconds before the auction close with an amount higher than that and won at $470.00. Were you the $465.00 bid? Gixen doesn't update in real time. Considering how close that $465.00 bid was - one second before the auction ended - gixen may not have reported to you that the $465.00 bid was not the winner. I would log in to gixen again and check if the status of your bid at gixen has changed. And as suggested if gixen reported any error message for your bid and you are neither the $465.00 or $470.00 bid please report the error message here. Rick |
