Isn't there anywhere on that page that allows you to then enter a new password that does meet the criteria specified ?
Are there any buttons on that page at all ? |

| When I click the link to reset my password this comes up: "Selected password does not meet the criteria (letters & numbers only, 6 characters or longer). Please choose a password that does." |

I'm not exactly familiar with the resetting password mechanism.
You get sent a link, via email, you click on the link... what happens next ? |

| Hi, gixen won't let me log in. I had a notification from gixen, that I have to reset my password. I chnaged my ebay-password and used the feature to reset your password on gixen. I clicked the link, but it still doesn't work. Any help appreciated. Thanks! |
