| Please can you state exactly what the error message is that you are getting ?
Is it possible that you have more than one Gixen account ? Perhaps your payments were credited to a different one from that to which you are logging in to ? Have you emailed Mario, as he requested above, because it's only that way that he can match your subscription to your email address and therefore your payment. |

| Tried to snipe something and keeps saying my subscription has expired, but I found through PayPal I have paid THREE TIMES (probably my bad for not checking first) so I really need two things:
1. Please can you refund two of the three. 2. Explain why I canât snipe owt? Thanks Barnabee |

| What do you see? If eBay authorization issue, you can renew it from the Gixen settings page. You have to do this, I can't - ebay requires it every 18 months. Please email me if you can't find the option. | |
