I've been using Gixen Mirror for several years now, and have been very happy with the service. I have never had a snipe fail, so I was shocked today, when I discovered that a scheduled snipe did not happen, and the item was lost to a much lower bid. Can you tell me why the snipe failed today, April 18 at 4:30pm? |
