The error posted by the OP is:
Your Gixen subscription has expired or will expire in 10 days.
Go to Settings page and update your subscription.
Did you check when your Gixen subscription expires? Remember, this is different than the eBay authorization for Gixen.
If your Gixen subscription expires, your scheduled snipes will still be placed. |

I'm getting the same message, even though I renewed the authorization less than two weeks ago, and the settings page says it's good until July, 2020.
This is the only Gixen account I've had attached to this eBay account. |

At any time did you create more than one gixen account pointing to the same eBay account?

That is interesting.
Do you only have one Gixen id that you are logged into on both the Desktop Manager and here on the web interface ? |

When using the Gixen desktop app, I get a notice and big red letters on top of the window, that says:
Your Gixen subscription has expired or will expire in 10 days.
Go to Settings page and update your subscription.
When I go to my Settings page it says (in part):
Settings for user f***domrydr:
Gixen Mirror Subscription Status:
Your Gixen mirror subscription is good until Mon, Nov 25, 2019.
eBay authorization token status: Active.
Your eBay authorization for eBay account f***domrydr expires on Sun, Jul 5, 2020.
Am I missing something? As I read this, I do not see an expired subscription, nor an expiration in 10 days.
Please clarify the status of my account/subscription, and why I am getting this notice.
