Is it possible that you have set up more than one Gixen account, that is usually the underlying problem with situations such as you describe.

Yes, I paid for a full year's subscription. I paid $6 on December 20th. My account is now saying that I don't have a subscription....?

Do you mean 2019 ?

What type of renewal did you choose, was it chunks, or a full year or two year subscription ?

Is johnegrey the id that you use to log into Gixen ?

I renewed my annual subscription on Dec 20th but I'm getting a message when I log in saying that my subscription expires on Jan 9th, 2018.....?
