Please can you indicate how many consecutive times you have tried to log in and have had this error ? Is it immediately after you press the 'Log in Now' button ?

Have you also already tried following the advice that Rick gave above, and if so how did you get on with that, were you able to get the emails that process generates ?

I just signed up ann tried to log in when I got this error. Could someone please give a fix or info for this issue.

Typpos happen. (See what I did there? :mrgreen: ) If you can't figure it out try the Forgot Username and/or Forgot Password options on the page used to create an account.

Please don't create another account linked to the same email address and eBay account just because it's easy - and can create lots of problems too.

Is chrisalbertson your Gixen id, perhaps different ids get assigned to different servers ?
