This morning I received the error message 'can no longer use ebay account log in, must create Gixen account'. I have had the 'new' Gixen account since it was required and have been able to use to service until this morning. Nothing has changed in my computer, settings, software, or anything I'm aware of between yesterday and today. I am logged into the same internet connection.
I tried to create another Gixen account with the same username and received the error message that name is already in use (presumably my existing account). Do I now need to create a third Gixen account (my second being the paid account I purchased but Gixen stopped recognizing months ago)?
