Presumably you have set your Gixen username and password to be distinct from your eBay username and password and it's your Gixen username and password that Gixen isn't recognizing.

I would recommend following the instructions in the "forgot password" email.

If you are unable to recover your account by doing that, then email Mario directly at his Gixen support address by following the directions on the Contact page. Be sure to provide Mario with your Gixen username so he can look up your account.
