I split this off from the '60 second' thread because it wasn't relevant to that thread, and I had problems trying to respond to it there.
Please can you email Mario direct at the support address given on the Contact tab above.
In that email, in addition to a description of your issue, please include as many relevant details as you have to hand, eg. your Gixen id, your Ebay id, the date that you paid your subscription and perhaps even the Paypal transaction number of that payment. Mario should then be able to investigate why your Gixen account is no longer recognising your Mirror subscription. |
