| Sorry - do you mean this is the first time you have used gixen since the changes when into effect - last year - regarding no longer using your eBay unsername and password to log in? |

| Just a reminder: Creating multiple gixen accounts linked to the same eBay account creates problems just like this. If it's simply a matter of having forgot your gixen username or password you can retrieve them using the links provided on the Sign Up page. |

That sounds quite complicated, to me.
Please provide more details about which Gixen and Ebay ids you are talking about so that Mario can investigate it.

| I created a new ID and allowed Gixen access on ebay. When i try to log in with NEW ID, it thinks im using my old ID. |
