| This is a setting you need on your Ebay account, it means that Ebay doesn't know what you Paypal registered email address is... and thus they don't know whether you have a Paypal account or not.
Until you do that you will get this message whenever a seller specifies, on their listing, that you must have a Paypal account in order to bid on that item. A seller is allowed to set this restriction on an item by item basis if they so wish. |

Does anyone have any idea why with some of my bids I get this message 'No linked PayPal account. Buyer does not have a linked PayPal account.'? |
