Had an interesting encounter with ebay's checkout after sniping and winning over 60 items ( all vintage film ) from a large seller, it seems it will only handle 42 items at a time - the system can handle the snipes easy |

As far as Gixen is concerned it's not a problem, Gixen has more than sufficient capacity to handle that. |

Hi Mario
It is not the number that is the concern, but the fact they all end at the same time that is the concern.
Will 150 or more snipes that end at the same time from 1 seller be an issue?
Thank

While Gixen can handle this, note that it's highly unusual, and that eBay may ask you to pay for certain number of won auctions before you are able to place more bids. I have seen it happen. |

That will not pose Gixen any problems; in fact, it is not even enough to make Gixen blink.
From the Gixen main page, here are the reported statistics as I write this:
Users with pending snipes: 5,025
Pending snipes: 23,235
Thus, 150 to 200 snipes is less than 1% of Gixen's current load and will certainly not bring the system down. |

Can Gixen handle 150 to 200 snipes for items which end at the same time or will it bog down and miss some.
Mirror is included in the plan. |
